Cyprus
Island of Aphrodite, sun and antiquity

About Cyprus

Overview

Cyprus pairs sun-drenched Mediterranean beaches with ancient ruins, mountain villages, and rich mythology as the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. Roman mosaics at Paphos, the frescoed churches of the Troodos Mountains, and lively coastal resorts share a compact, easily explored island. Its blend of Greek and other cultural influences shapes its cuisine, architecture, and warm hospitality. Year-round sunshine and clear waters make it a Mediterranean favorite.
